Sue McCarthy has more than 30 years experience helping individuals 18 to 60 years of age improve their lives. The programme begins with 5 nights starting on Sundays. Our commitment to health and wellbeing is grounded in some basic principles. We proudly stand by our philosophy, not just in our teaching, but living by example as well.
Two daily treatments are included within the physical exercise, nutrition training, and free time you gain. If you desire longevity, this is the course for you. It is not a suitable programme for those with a BMI 35 or over as it does involve strenuous exercise. The idea is to learn how to continue to be healthy as well as lose some of the excess weight you may have, with an overall goal to reducing your stress.
